Home Location Register (HLR)
Through the Home Location Register you can verify whether a phone number has been allocated and is active, the network as well as the location where it is registered. This service is charged per each retrieval. By verifying a phone number you will receive information such as:
- Whether the number is allocated or not (active or not active),
- Location of the number (as MCC, for example 262 for Germany) and
- The network provider the number is registered with (as MNC, for example 002 for Vodaphone).
Therewith HLR is ideal for gateway users and call-centres working with international numbers.
Worldwide verification of mobile phone numbers
With HLR you are able to verify phone numbers from any country and not only German phone numbers. This makes HLR specially interesting for SMS-gateway users with an international addressee database.

This service is charged with every single retrieval for 1,8 ct net (2,3 ct gross)
